Queridos seres queridos,
This
week was amazing... cheverÃsimo! Our zone had the opportunity to go to
the temple last thursday. AND, we had stake conference this weekend.
This week was really busy.
Elder Maya had to do some baptismal interviews on
Saturday morning, and got to attend all the meetings for stake
conference... (we didn´t have time to teach anybody). I loved the
meetings and I learned so much. I was a little worried before hand,
thinking about the investigators we wouldn´t be able to teach. I guess
that in the end it was really a blessing to attend those meetings; for
if we weren´t there I wouldn´t have witnessed some of the most amazing
testimonies of my mission. During one of the meetings they called some
members to the stand to bear their testimonies... guess who they called
to the stand? Katy and Maximo! The people I helped baptize earlier this
year! Their testimonies were so heartfelt that Elder Anderson (Area
President) commented on them and used them as part of his talk.
Sometimes the Lord changes our perspective on the path so that we can
see the end, while we were only looking at the ground.
I know that the Lord loves each one of us and that, if we only look, we can see blessings and miracles every day of our lives.
